The rooms at Binlha Raft Resort were absolutely fantastic! They were air-conditioned and had everything we needed, like a wardrobe, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Our room even had a private pool and a terrace where we could relax. It was such a luxurious experience!
Personally, I didn't really enjoy the separate bathtub and shower in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

The room was impeccably clean and had a stunning view just in front of the restaurant. It was in a great location close to the river, making it easy for us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Could not be improved in any way.

The location of the hotel was serene, with calm waters of a river in the vicinity. The staff were welcoming and always there to help. The free pickup from the railway station was a bonus, and local trips were affordable and easy to book. The hotel offers various activities including tours to waterfalls and historical sites.
Breakfast was served without considering guest preferences, which left us with an excess of waste food. The hotel was not located close to any restaurants or shops, so transportation was necessary to explore the area.

We got complementary drinks upon arrival and a free shuttle to nearby attractions. the hotel is located near a beautiful river and natural surroundings that offer a calming effect. One of the best aspects for us was the use of bamboo rafts for transport and exploration which was an exciting experience we had never tried before.
We had to spend our Easter weekend without any hot water for our morning showers. the remote location made it challenging to get around, no taxi or public transportation available nearby, we had to depend on the hotel's limited and overpriced tour options.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning, as it is right by the river. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful views and the tranquil sound of the flowing water throughout our stay. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their service was exceptional and added to the overall positive experience. The rooms at this hotel were a pleasant surprise, especially the ones with the bath on the balcony. It was such a unique and enjoyable feature to have a relaxing soak while enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
Although our stay was great, we felt that the breakfast could be improved with better coffee options.

Tranquil, beautiful location surrounded by nature. The pick-up service from the nearby station was a nice touch. The rooms floating on the river provided a unique and cozy experience. The staff was friendly and helpful in arranging tours to nearby attractions. Despite some minor issues with the breakfast and a lack of hot water in the morning, I would still recommend this hotel for its value for money and the overall enjoyable stay.
